Shakti Flow takes a journey to awaken the energy of the feminine body that is awakened at the base of the spine. In this class flow, the Shakti is awakened by gradually moving upwards from the root up through the other chakras. The energy is met gradually with a union of Shiva (masculine) energy to help bring balance in both the physical and mental body.
We have limited capacity, signing up beforehand will ensure you have a a space. You will receive waivers that can be signed digitally and will make the check in process faster.

Jenna has completed a certification course in Ayurvedic Cheffing, 200 hr YTT, and has Reiki I & II attunements.
