Join us for a yoga retreat in Guatemala in February 2025 on the shores of Lake Atitlan at Mystical Yoga Farm. We will practice daily yoga (hatha, kundalini, yin), meditation and pranayama to ignite the creative life force within us and create deeper connections to our inner nature while exploring the nature around us. Workshops and activities will include hiking/walking meditation, fire/song circles, vocal activation, breathwork, cacao, movement/dance, creative writing, permaculture and rituals to build habits of reciprocity with the elements and Mother Earth. We will also have the opportunity to take an off site trip to San Pedro to sit with a local Maya Tzʼutujil spiritual guide (Nana) for a fire/cacao ceremony.
